Co-founder & Director of Ethics and Social Policy of Metcampus, an education and investment Web3 company equipping people to thrive in the fast-changing digital world.
Prior to this, I was CEO of a Virtual Reality company I introduced VR into the public sector for securing behaviour change, across police, health, educational and social care.
My first career, before I pivoted to #Web3, was 32 years in local government in the UK, including Director of Children Services (leading education, health and social care) CEO of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council.
Throughout this time I used innovation to drive high-quality services for residents – leading the development of all community-based services.
Since 17 I have been an advocate for children, vulnerable families and disadvantaged groups – seeking to turn lives around.
