By signing this agreement below, and in consideration for your participation at GatherVerse, you hereby (a) permit GatherVerse.org to record in full your presentation at the GatherVerse in both audio and visual formats (the “Recording”); (b) grant GatherVerse.org, its affiliates and licensees, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, perform, edit, transcribe, distribute and make derivative works of the Recording in whole or in part, in any and all languages and media (now known or hereafter developed); and (c) grant GatherVerse.org, its affiliates and licensees, a non-exclusive license to your voice, name, likeness, and biographical data to publicize or advertise the Recording. GatherVerse.org will provide attribution in connection with exhibitions of the Recording.

You represent and warrant to GatherVerse.org that your presentation is an original work by you or that you have the full right and authority to grant the rights herein granted in all media throughout the world; and that no one else’s permission is required.

Upon request, GatherVerse.org will provide you a copy of the Recording.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.
