Bio:
I have spent enough time in the public sector to realise that many of the world’s systems are broken.
As a social scientist I have obtained a Master’s degree in International Relations, which helps me to analyse and understand the world we live in better.
After being the Political Advisor to the Chief Whip of the Majority Party, Speechwriter for a Deputy President, Chief of Staff for a senior minister, among other positions, I have taken to the blockchain and become somewhat of an activist for it (and Web3, IoT and the metaverse) with a major focus on Africa.
I now lead Mpowa Africa as we bring energy and (water) resource sovereignty to rural and urban communities across Africa.
We are a Saas platform that seeks to reduce carbon emissions through disruptive clean technologies, health technologies, ethical AI/ML real-life use case solutions to social and economic challenges, like all kinds of violence and abuse of society’s most vulnerable groups.
We are a bottom-up enterprise that seek to show an obvious light on the path to prosperity to those who are too busy surviving to even care about these incredible advances we are making.
Through the blockchain innovations the inevitable rise of Africa is once more possible.
Now to make it relevant to the child whose untapped creativity will remain stunted otherwise.
