Amy Blankson is the Co-founder and Chief Evangelist of the Digital Wellness Institute andthe bestselling author of The Future of Happiness. A graduate of Harvard and the YaleSchool of Management, she’s the only person to receive a Point of Light award from two US Presidents. She is also a member of Harvard’s AI for Human Flourishing Council, a former member of the UN Global Happiness Council, and a featured professor in Oprah’s happiness e-course. Mel Sellick is an expert in Human-AI interactions, combining psychology, technology, and media to explore AI’s impact on human agency. From NBC reporter to psychologist and PhD researcher, Mel works alongside global leaders as a member of Harvard’s AI for Human Flourishing think tank and Oxford University’s AI in Education (AIEOU). A STEMM Scholar and futurist, Mel is committed to guiding organizations in creating ethical AI strategies that unite technology and humans for meaningful, equitable impact.

Ali Khan is the CEO of SHAPE Global, an employee experience measurement company, and COO of the World Flourishing Organization. With over 15 years of expertise in organizational development, Khan helps companies maximize their human potential through data-driven insights and innovative measurement strategies.As an entrepreneur and thought leader, Khan has developed flagship products that promote organizational flourishing and positive business outcomes. Christopher Lafayette is an emergent technologist and humanitarian focused on advancing AI, metaverse, medtech, and spatial intelligence technologies with emphasis on inclusion, ethics, and social impact. He founded GatherVerse, a global platform for humanizing technology discussions, HoloPractice, a healthcare-technology incubator, and Hyper Policy, which guides organizations in ethical technology integration. As a prominent speaker, Lafayette has presented at leading institutions including NIST, Mayo Clinic, Stanford University, Microsoft, and the Linux Foundation. His work spans keynotes and roundtable discussions on technological innovation, consistently advocating for human-centered approaches and ethical advancement in emerging technologies.
Dr. Matthew Lippincott has held corporate leadership roles in the global software and healthcare industries, funded, owned and led businesses, and is a certified Emotional Intelligence (EI) leader and team performance coach and coach trainer. He is a Strategic Advisor to the Amazon Web Services EPIC Leadership program, and has provided services for Bank of America, Google, Gilead Sciences, MIT and many others. He also holds research and faculty roles at multiple universities, as well as corporate and academic board of advisor positions. His Doctoral degree – focusing on the neuroscience linking leadership, EI and Mindfulness to performance – was earned at the University of Pennsylvania. His study at the Wharton School of Business and UPenn School of Education was supervised by Primal Leadership co-author Dr. Annie Mckee, and his research was supported by Emotional Intelligence author Dr. Daniel Goleman.
