This unconventional lawyer with training and studies in Constitutional Law from Javeriana University and International Humanitarian Law from Paul Cézanne University in France has dedicated her career to creating initiatives and ventures that are characterized by connecting ideas and creating transformative solutions in the social and technological field that materialize rights in deeds.

She is an expert in innovation and has advanced studies in this field at Harvard, Stanford, and Singularity University, among others. She has been a Fellow of the Public Innovation Lab at Tech de Monterrey and the Peace Innovation Lab at Build Peace.

She has been a senior executive in several Forbes TOP 500 companies; she was CEO of Fundación Telefónica and United Way Colombia. She has been a delegate for Colombia to several multilateral organizations such as UNESCO, Global Compact, and ILO. She has been chosen several times as one of the best managers in Colombia by Dinero magazine, chosen as one of the 100 women with purpose in Colombia by La Silla Vacía. She was the manager of the initiative – Aquí Estoy – winner of two Cannes Lions in silver and bronze categories.
