Bio:

Marcelo De Santis is a technology leader, investor and certified executive coach. He currently leads the Digital Transformation Practice at ThoughtWorks, a global technology company providing software design and digital consulting services. Prior to joining ThoughtWorks, he was CIO of Fortune 500 companies like Kraft Foods, Mondelez and Pirelli. 

Marcelo is a global citizen that lived and worked in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the United States. When he is not driving technology transformations programs for his clients, you can find him climbing the Himalayas, supporting non-profits improving the life of underprivileged children and advocating for the advancement of minorities in STEM related careers. 

Marcelo is co-founder of Angeles Investors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of UNICEF and  Hispanic IT Executive Council. He has been featured by HITEC as one of the top 100 most influential and notable Hispanic Professionals in the technology, twice in 2019 and 2020. In 2019 he was nominated by Crain’s as one of Top 50 CEOs, entrepreneurs and technologists.

Marcelo holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern Kellogg and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
