She has done her Senior Leadership in Advance Studies in Strategic Management from IIM Lucknow (Noida Campus) and PGCBM from IIM L (Lucknow Campus).

She is an active Economist and has been in various Strategic leadership roles in MNCs and Indian Companies like Vedanta, Wells Fargo, and Genpact.

She is passionate about reading and emphasizing microeconomics, business, and finance. She has published more than 19 editions based on her analysis in leading Print Media (Hans India, Mid Day) corporate Journals Global People Matter and Yours Positively).

She is a Corporate Speaker and is engaged in multiple global and national associations. A Seasoned Leader and joins every dot in developing people. She has coached multiple Leaders and banged many global and national citations.

She is a proud presenter at BRICS Research Conference on Governance and authored a chapter on the Importance of Governance as a Sustainable model in an International Book by Durban University. Her second International contribution is the Strategic Importance of Micro Economics in India.

For her work and credentials, Namrata is also honoured as an honorary member of the Women’s Economic Forum and a founding member of Dream Uttarakhand -which is a volunteer association of women and men to uplift the socio-economic status of women of Uttarakhand.

Always stay closest to her heart during her service to the Nation of 15 years as an Indian Army Officer. She is a Skydiver and was selected for Indian Army Woman Sky Diving Team and led the River Rafting Expedition of 70 Km with her troops.

In her service, she has served in Jammu and Kashmir and Sikkim and many other strategic roles as a leader.

In her Leisure time, Namrata rejuvenates herself by Driving and Reading for Personal Growth. She is an avid runner and Yoga Practitioner.
