GatherVerse sessions are recorded and will be published publicly after the summit.
GatherVerse Moments is an optional paid service for speakers who want their speaking moments pulled from a specific GatherVerse event and delivered as a ready-to-use MP4, without doing any editing themselves.
This exists for one reason: speakers asked for it, repeatedly. We now have dedicated post-production support to deliver it.

What you receive

Includes:

  • Every speaking segment where you are talking, compiled into one MP4

  • Delivered via a Google Drive download link

  • Captions are included when feasible through our workflow, best-effort accuracy

Format options (choose one):

  • Single file (default): one MP4 with all your speaking moments compiled

  • Split segments (preference): separate files for each speaking segment (same content, separated)

What this is, and what it is not

  • This is an optional convenience service for speakers who want their speaking moments packaged and delivered quickly.

  • This is not a paywall. The full public session replay will still be published by GatherVerse after the summit.

Timestamp option

If you have exact moments you want included, you can submit timestamps with your order. If timestamps are provided, we will prioritize them.

Captions note

Captions are auto-generated with light cleanup and are best-effort accuracy. Names, acronyms, and technical terms may require minor edits if you want perfection.

Quality note

Output depends on recording conditions, mic behavior, and cross-talk in group sessions. If a session has heavy overlap or audio issues, we will still deliver the best possible cut from what is available.

Rights and usage

  • You may post your Speaker Moments Cut on your own channels and use it for promotion

  • GatherVerse retains rights to the original summit recording and the official published replay

Will my full session still be published publicly by GatherVerse?

Yes. GatherVerse will publish the full session replay after the summit.

What if I only spoke a few times during a roundtable?

That’s exactly what this is for. We pull every moment you spoke and compile it into one MP4 for that event.

Can you split my file into separate speaking segments?

Yes. You can choose single file delivery or split segments.

What if I want a specific moment included?

Send timestamps with your order.

When will I receive my file?

Typically within 72 hours after ordering, and within 24 hours if Rush is added, assuming the recording is available to post-production.

Do you include extremely brief interjections?

We prioritize full statements that stand on their own. Very brief interjections may be excluded to keep the cut watchable and usable.
