Extensive public discussion is happening nowadays around who actually owns the intellectual property of a specific creation: is it the person who wrote the prompt; the company that wrote the software, or perhaps even the software itself?
Another big question is whether or not AI-generated art can be called art, and can be legally used.
I would like to open a public discussion and share my thoughts on this matter. my goal is to empower the public to understand that we can still influence the development directions of AI tools, and that our society can still decide to continue developing AI or block it.
