Shirelle Francis, CEO, and founder of iLeap Group LLC is a certified Program Manager, Scrum Master, Organization Change Management is known for her commanding presence and Invigorating Communication.
Shirelle is known for developing DYNAMIC & DELIBERATE relationships between HBCU’s and companies looking to attract and retain DIVERSE tech talent!
As an EDUCATION EVANGELIST, she focuses on connecting HBCU’s with the money and technology solutions to upgrade their security and infrastructure, so students have a COMPETITIVE CAREER advantage AND organizations have a company culture rich with the next generation of Business, Tech, and IT Professionals.

Many of her clients refer to her as the “Fearless Facilitator and activator.” Constantly seeking the “ah ha!” moment in her work noting this allows for alignment and progress.
She is currently Manager of Programs/Project at Insight Enterprises and has managed programs well over seven figures. Immersed in Security, Digital Innovation, and Infrastructure shirelle has a passion for the next in technology!
Shirelle is a proud founding member of the Women with Insight Employee resource group with over twelve chapters in the world and 2500 members. Shirelle currently volunteers for the Anita Borg Women in IT Global organization, WIIT, United Way and Blacks in Technology.
Shirelle is a proud NJ native currently living in Lake Worth, Florida with her Husband Michael G. Francis, MBA, and their daughter Zoe-Isabelle L. Francis.
Shirelle is a professional speaker who enjoys sharing her story of Resilience and Perseverance and is excited to be working on her first book.

Education Digital Divide: Fences Restricted
Talk Description :
Digital equity means ensuring students have equal access to technology — as well as the training necessary to navigate digital tools.
I raise the question of Infrastructure and the correlation of access and lack there of – 1 out of every 4 persons lives in a rural designation.
If infrastructure supports access to all then the digital divide solution and liberation is at hand- the fence is removed. Yet we know this is easier said then done.
As a digital community we can begin to discuss how to strategically solution – Gatherverse allows us to have this conversation and have a global conversation about the correlation with equity disparity and how we can address- all students having access to technology and information regardless of their ethnicity, socio-economic status, age, physical ability, or any other quality concerns- True Liberation.
