Relevant Experience MOPF project for the Ministry of Finance in Myanmar (ADB project USD 2,150,000).
A three-year capacity building to plan defining structures and staffing needs of a new debt management division was achieved. This was a major challenge with many obstacles due to unexperienced staff and changes of government. The project was a success, a 21st century office that became the pride of the government.
We created a digital twin of the Ministry : Created the program for Myanmar’s first apprenticeship with an 18-month program for kitchen staff and agricultural employees by creating the English and life skills program.
The finance / Project development for this project was provided by Swiss Contract within Virtual Reality Ten-year Passport to Success Training for over 5500 hospitality workers many of them with no experience at all in the industry Australian Embassy Yangon.
The evaluation of training needs for all of their staff members, adapting the program for training needs, mentorship, and team building conducted in Virtual Offices Strategically planning and implementation of departmental training for pre-opening hotels with forecasted costs and delegated numbers per department, organisational planning and budgeting systems in Virtual Hotel XR and VR . Women Leadership Award – Pioneering Women’s Leadership award representing Myanmar awarded in Mumbai Winner for Virtual Reality Training award in Hospitality, Travel and Hospitality.
Implementing Virtual Reality to create training programs for the hospitality industry using XR, VR and The Metaverse, with emerging technologies Women in AI accelerator program and becoming the Women in AI VR Ambassador for APAC Key note speaker at many events Tracy is known as a social and commercial entrepreneur.
Starting Passport to Success Myanmar – Hospitality Training and VRHTI were born out of passion to make a difference to the people in Myanmar, to enhance their employability and prepare them for incoming international tourists. A complicated task in this country but with her “can do” attitude and natural persuasion she knew that anything is possible.
Tracy has made a difference for a variety of industries and clients, from 5-star International branded luxury resorts through to public sector and government services by creating innovative training roadmaps.
By persuading hotels to work together and accept a training passport “Passport to Success Myanmar” achieved pre-set learning objectives.
Trained hotel associates were able to change hotel and their passport was recognised by the hotels in Myanmar. Giving back to the community Tracy has also built many schools and orphanages believing education is the key to alleviate poverty, where she also committed to the SDG1 End Poverty.
For the public and governmental sectors she translated and orchestrated cultural goals into organisational strategic plans based on the departmental requirements.
