Ethan Bach is an innovator, designer, tech futurist, and the Founder and CEO of Alt Ethos experiential design agency.

He has worked in the metaverse and virtual worlds with companies such as Loreal, CODAworx, and Anythink Libraries on metaverse strategies including custom design and build, NFTs, and gaming. Bach brings with him the perspective of living as a Transgender person in a mixed-race family.

Alt Ethos’ focus is on creating unexpected joy and memorable experiences in the metaverse through custom design and building.

My hope is that this presentation can serve as an invitation for us all to understand and appreciate that every human on earth is looking for the same things – to feel accepted and respected as our authentic selves.

Representation and safety need to be a top priority in the metaverse for all people.

As a Transgender person who found my community and support in the late 1990s on message boards and now as an experiential studio business owner developing in the Metaverse, I will share my experience and insights for a more equitable future.
