Barry is a digital artist, trainer, immersive facilitator and STEM educator, with over 16 years working in non profit youth work and non formal education sectors.

Since VRóige’s first pilot in September 2020 Barry has been developing immersive youth and education spaces using VR with currently over 50 sites across Ireland connecting harder to reach young people to Ireland’s national youth service, Foróige.

With recent government backing via Rethink Ireland Digital solutions funding in addition to being nominated for Meta’s MIL program VRóige is gathering significant interest globally.
