He is a fellow and expert at Digital Euro Association. He was recently leading HSBC as COO Digital, where he led the bank of the future strategy; after leaving HSBC, Ritesh co-founded Infynit, a fintech to disrupt the credit market in the UK & Europe.

In the past, he led the future of payments for VISA and Introduced Apple Pay to the markets.

Ritesh is an advisor and visiting lecturer to leading business schools and universities, apart from being a keynote speaker, published author, mentor and advisor to Harvard Business Review, MIT, Oxford, Hult, IIT Kanpur (India) incubation centres, Fellow, Board Advisor and founding member of Fintech Centre at the University of London and portfolio of fintechs and Startupsglobally.

He is also a G20 GPFI (Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion) member advisor. Fellow at the Centre for Innovation at Public Policy, advising on public policies related to emerging tech and financial services, including Open Network for Digital Commerce, Central Bank Digital Currency, Data Privacy and Metaverse.
