Wadooah has 20+ years as a PR professional for launches, M&A / public exists and strategic communications campaigns for emerging tech and traditional, digital media companies including eHow, Livestrong.com, Cracked, Facebook, Twitter, WarnerMedia’s Linear TV Networks (TBS & TNT), Fullscreen, M-GO (startup formerly backed by DreamWorks and Technicolor) and podcast leader Midroll Media/EarWolf (acquired by Scripps Media).
As an award-winning indie content creator, she’s passionate about connecting audiences with stories via writing, directing and producing various scripted, unscripted and non-fiction video projects that span TV, film, video, podcasts, XR and beyond, including SharpeHaus’ ‘Mixtape Capsule’ that was created in support of Cyndi Lauper’s non-profit org, True Colors United. Additionally, Wadooah currently serves as an advisory board member of GALECA (the LGBTQ+ Society of Entertainment Critics), a co-founder & advisor for Revry.TV – the global, LGBTQIA-first streaming media network.
She’s also served as a jury member for the Alliance of Women Directors and STARZ #TakeTheLead initiative in 2021, a judge for Screen Australia’s inaugural ‘Pitcher Perfect’ competition held at VidCon in Melbourne, Australia and has served as a judge for TGLIFF (Tampa International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival), the 2022 IAWTV Awards and most recently as a judge and panelist for the 10th Annual Annapolis Film Festival.
