She championed practical rules like “two clicks or less” and “six URLs or less to do your job,” helping large organizations consolidate tools, drive adoption, and make sophisticated technology feel intuitive and accessible for everyday people.
Taking a deliberate leap from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship, Stephanie founded Avatar Buddy to build AI that is humanity-first by design. Her team creates function-specific AI agents and small language model–powered digital twins that are safe, simple, and fast, while deeply aligned with human values. Their work preserves oral histories that would never make it into textbooks, expands access to mentors for underrepresented communities, and helps people build self-agency instead of relying on opaque, one-size-fits-all systems.
As a CEO, Stephanie has learned how to navigate massive technological shifts while keeping people at the center—balancing innovation with ethics, scale with safety, and automation with dignity. She speaks globally on humanity-first AI, the future of work, and how managed AI-as-a-service can support resilience, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving—without erasing the people at the heart of every system.

Diana Adamko: Bio
With more than twenty years of experience across education, emotional wellbeing, spirituality, and human development, Diana has devoted her work to helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with their inner truth – creating practical pathways back to inner clarity and inspired action.
Her early career in early-childhood and special-needs education revealed a truth she carries into all her work: every person is born with innate gifts and personal power – a genuine connection to self is the key to unlocking them.
After earning a degree in Early Childhood Studies, she trained in Mindfulness, Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy™ – a modality rooted in Huna shamanic wisdom that addresses the emotional and subconscious roots of limitation. She later expanded into Reiki, Women’s Ceremony Facilitation, and Journal Therapy, blending evidence-based practice with the insight of spiritual philosophies. Together, these disciplines form her integrative approach to human growth.
Through her speaking and workshops, Diana invites audiences to pause and reconnect with their intuition and inner resources. She is the founder of the S.E.N.S.E for Life™ model that started from her personal experiences and honed through an integrative background – combining education, neuroscience-informed wellbeing practices, emotional healing, and spiritual intelligence into a practical framework. Her aim is to translate reflection and embodiment into tangible benefits, for example transforming pressure into presence and self-doubt into creative flow, helping especially women to find their power.
